Who we are.

For 10 years, I worked for one of the largest privately held facility management companies in the country. Half of that time was spent in day-to-day operations, working directly in Customer Experience, Vendor Sourcing, Finance, and Subcontractor Compliance. For the last half, I moved into IT Infrastructure as a project manager and engineer, building the systems that kept the business running.

But there was one problem no system could fix.

Every new account starts with a promise, and that promise depends on having the right vendors in place from day one. When sourcing lags behind the timeline a customer was told to expect, trust starts to erode before the relationship even has a real chance. First impressions in this industry aren't made on day one. They're made in the weeks that follow, while a property manager is still waiting on coverage.

Underneath that timing problem was a bigger one: we had no real way to know a vendor's true capacity. We awarded work on faith, hoping a vendor could actually deliver on what they'd committed to. Too often they couldn't, not because they weren't capable, but because they were already stretched thin across other accounts we had no visibility into. The service failures that followed weren't a vendor problem. They were a transparency problem.

I left that career and put everything I had into building the platform I wished existed: NorthPoint Enterprise. A dedicated system built to source sites faster, secure better margins, and, most importantly, measure a vendor's real capacity before a site is ever awarded.

My goal is to bring as many property management companies onto NorthPoint as possible. That's the only way to centralize the transparency this industry has been missing, and build a model that can catch an over-extended vendor before a missed service ever happens.
