Jobber, ServiceTitan, Workiz and Housecall Pro are all good field service software. If all you need is to schedule jobs, invoice customers and take payment, any of them will do it well, and some of them will do it better than we will.
This page is about the two things that are actually different: what you pay for a crew, and where your next contract comes from.
Field service software is usually priced per user or per technician, so the bill grows with the crew. Every figure below is a regular published rate; introductory offers are left out on purpose, because they expire.
| NorthPoint | Jobber | ServiceTitan | Workiz | Housecall Pro | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price published on their site | Yes — $49 and $99 a month, on the site | Yes | No — “Request Pricing” | No — “Request pricing” on all three plans | No — a questionnaire, then “tailored pricing” |
| How it is priced | Per plan, with seats included | Per user — every plan is listed as “1 user”, with team size as a selector | “Our per-technician pricing”, in their own words | Not stated publicly | Not stated publicly; the form asks how many people will use it |
| Entry price, regular rate | $49/mo, or $490/yr — 1 admin + 5 users | $29/mo billed annually, or $49/mo month to month — 1 user (Core) | Not published | Not published | “From $59/mo” |
| Sold as paid add-ons | None. One price, everything in it | Marketing Suite $99/mo, AI Receptionist $29/mo, Sales Pipeline $49/mo | Add-on modules across the range | Genius Phone, Answering and Marketing, each sold separately | Payroll, Voice, Campaigns, VGPS, Websites, Accounting and others |
| Brings you new customers | Yes — included with every plan | No | No | No | No |
Every product on this page is a tool you buy to run work you have already won. They schedule it, invoice it and help you collect. None of them can hand you the next contract, because none of them is where the people awarding contracts are.
NorthPoint is both. Property management and facility management companies use it to find vendors, award work and watch it get delivered. You use the same platform to run your crews. The proof of service your crews capture on a Tuesday is the record a property manager reads when they are deciding who gets the next fifty sites.
That is why the sourcing side is included rather than sold separately. It is not a bolt-on marketplace. It is the reason the rest of it is worth building.
A comparison page that says the other four are bad at everything is not worth reading. Here is the honest version.
The plans, what is in them, and what a day on NorthPoint actually looks like for a crew.
